Chapter 2, Article VII, Division 3 of the City Code of Miami Beach entitled "Lobbyists" requires the
registration of all lobbyists with the City Clerk prior to engaging in any lobbying activity with the City
Commission, any City Board or Committee, or any personnel as defined in the subject Code
sections. Copies of the City Code sections on lobbyists laws are available in the City Clerk's office.
Questions regarding the provisions of the Ordinance should be directed to the Office of the City
Attorney.

I am writing to help resolve the issue regarding funds to pay for senior meals at the above
centers. We will pay for the difference.
Enclosed please find a check in the amount of$ 89 meals for week of May
6-May 101h, 2013. (46 meals for Rebecca, 14 meals for Stella Maris, and 29 meals for Council
Towers).
