Sec. 2-190.91 The Mayor and City Commissioners shall each make one (1) appointment, with the other members of the committee to be composed of members from the following community organizations, each of which must designate a permanent coordinating representative: 1) Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce's Transportation and Parking Committee, 2) Miami Beach Community Development Corporation, 3) Ocean Dr. Association, 4) Miami Design Preservation League, 5) North Beach Development Corporation, 6) Mid-Beach Community Association, 7) Lincoln Rd Marketing, Inc., On an annual basis, the members of the committee shall elect a chairman and such other officers as may be deemed necessary or desirable, who shall serve at the will of the committee.
