Please place on the July 1ih, 2013 City Commission Agenda a referral to the next Land Use and
Development Committee Meeting an ordinance that would require that all easement, alley and/or
right of way vacation requests be approved by the City Commission before the project in question
is heard before any of the City's Land Use Boards.
