Please place on the July 17'h, 2013 Commission Agenda an item to discuss obtaining
a full release by BOTH bidders to the Convention Center Project, South Beach ACE
Tishman UIA OMA and Portman-CMC stating that:
If they are not selected, they will not sue and will have zero recourse against the City
of Miami Beach; and that if they are selected and the City of Miami Beach decides to
cease negotiations with them for any reason whatsoever, they will not sue the City of
Miami Beach and will have zero recourse against the City of Miami Beach.
