BEACH NEIGHBORHOOD
Thank you for your LTC dated today outlining the proposed 18% loss of available parking spaces
for our Biscayne Beach residents.
I would like for you to be prepared to discuss with the City Commission some of your proposed
opportunities to regain some of these parking spaces, and to provide an updated count of the
parking spaces that will be available in the neighborhood at the conclusion of this improvement
project.
