SUBJECT: Agenda item for February 121h, 2014 City Commission Meeting
Please place on the February 1ih City Commission Meeting a discussion item regarding the
no U turn sign and enforcement thereof at 42nd Street and Pine Tree Drive. Residents have
been complaining regarding this restriction for some time as it has an adverse effect on the
flow of traffic into the Miami Beach JCC and the surrounding areas -especially at peak
times.
