Chapter 2, Article VIl, Division 3 of the City Gode of Miami Beach entitled "Lobbyists" requires the
registration of all lobbyists with the City Clerk prior to engaging in any lobbying activity with the City
Commission, any City Board or Committee, or any personnel as defined in the subject Code
sections. Copies of the City Code sections on lobbyists laws are available in the City CIerk's office.
Questions regarding the provisions of the Ordinance should be directed to the Office of the City
Attorney.

Please place an Addendum ltem on the June 11,2014 City Commission agenda to authorize the
Administration to file applicable Land Use Board applications for the placement of Shinola Clocks
at the following general locations:
1. The 1100 Block of Lincoln Road.
2. The Normandy Fountain.
3. 41't Street and Pine Tree Drive.
4. Soundscape Park.
ln the event that funding is available for an additional Shinota Clock, the next location would be in
Collins Park.
The manufacturer of Shinola Clocks has graciously agreed to donate the clocks.
