The applicants that have filed with the Office of the City Clerk for the below at-large appointments are
included with item R9A.
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES
1. Affordable Housing Advisory Gommittee (Current Vacancies: 5)
Vacant Categories:
. One citizen who is actively engaged in the residential home building industry in
connection with affordable housing.
r One citizen who is actively engaged as an advocate for low-income persons in connection
with affordable housing.
. One citizen who is actively engaged as a not-for-profit provider of affordable housing.
. One citizen who resides within the jurisdiction of the local governing body making the
appointments.
. One citizen who represents essentialservices personnel, as defined in the local housing
assistance plan.
2. Health Advisory Committee (Current Vacancies: 2)
Vacant Categories:
. One CEO from Miami Beach Community Health Center/designee.
. One administrator of ACLF and/or ALF.
