INDEXES USED
The resolution used for reimbursement of travel expenses has not been updated since 2003.
The Administration proposes to update the resolution to make changes in indexes used for
reimbursement of travel expenses incurred on City business for City employees to more
accurately reflect actual costs and to clarify reimbursements to outside contracted
consultants.
This item is proposed to be discussed at the next Finance and Cityrvide Projects Committee
meeting tentatively scheduled for January 7th.
