ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION Refer the matter to the Finance & Citywide Projects Committee for discussion. BACKGROUND On May 12, 2010, the Mayor and City Commission adopted Resolution No. 201 0-27391, authorizing the Administration to enter into negotiations with Tim Wilcox, lnc.; and further authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Concession Agreement, upon conclusion of successful negotiations. The Concession Agreement was for an initial term of two (2) years commencing November 1, 2010 and expiring October 31,2012, with three (3) additional renewal options for one (1) year each. Tenant has exercised all three (3) renewal options with the final renewal option scheduled to expire October 31,2015. CONCLUSION The Administration recommends that the Mayor and the City Commission refer the matter to the Finance & Citywide Projects Committee for discussion and further direction.
