I originally sponsored this item. This exact ordinance was heard on October 22,2014, as a First Reading item and was approved by the City Commission. The item died for lack of a second during the November 19, 2014 City Commission meeting. As the item has already been vetted by the Land Use and Development Committee, as well as the Planning Board, I am asking that the City bypass returning this item to the Land Use and Development Committee, as well as the Planning Board, and allow this item to be re-introduced to the City Commission for action, as a first reading of the ordinance at the April 15th, 2015 Commission meeting.
