Chapter 2, Article Vll, Division 3 of the City Code of Miami Beach entitled "Lobbyists" requires the
registration of all lobbyists with the City Clerk priorto engaging in any lobbying activitywith the City
Commission, any City Board or Committee, or any personnel as defined in the subject Code
sections. Copies of the City Code sections on lobbyists laws are available in the City CIerk's office.
Questions regarding the provisions of the Ordinance should be directed to the Office of the City
Attorney.

required parking by participating in the Fee in Lieu of Parking Program, and making annual
payments thereunder. Our records show that all or certain payments for fiscal years FY-10
through FY-15 are outstanding, due and payable.
For your convenience, a statement of account is attached hereto reflecting any past due
payments. Please contact the Finance Department at (to be determined at a later date) or
via email (to be determined at a later date) if you require further assistance.
This is to be considered a Final Notice. lf payment in full is not received within 30 days of
the date of this letter, collection efforts will commence which may result in the revocation of
the Certificate of Use, Certificate of Occupancy and Business Tax Receipt.
