Centurian Collins Property Owner, LLC (the Owner) is the owner of the Aloft Hotel, located at 2360 Collins Avenue (The "Hotel"), and is requesting a revocable permit for the construction and maintenance of a triangular-shaped concrete canopy with two support columns and eyebrows over the drop-off area at the west side of the hotel, over a portion of the street-end of Liberty Avenue, and an irrigation meter located at ground level north of the canopy. The Owner's hotel has a small drop-off area adjacent to Collins Avenue, but due to the very small frontage in that area (as it is wedged between Lake Pancoast and the private property to the south) there is insufficient room for a proper vehicular drop-off for patrons and guests of the hotel.
