The agenda is as follows:
OLD BUSINESS
1. Finalizing proposed FY 201512016 Operating Budget and Capita! Budget
ACTION
The Committee recommended moving forward with the development of the
proposed operating and capital budget to the full Commission with the following
changes:
Operating Budget. Add one of two requested positions for the Gity Attorney Fellowship
Program enhancement ($45,000). Reduce Parking's Loading Zone Program enhancement from 12 to 8
positions
Capital Budget. Add back the Espafrola Way Conversion to Pedestrian Mall project
estimated at $1.1 million (Quality of Life - South Beach fund)r Removal of the Gommission Ghambers Renovating Proiect as staff
continues to refine the scope.
NEW BUSINESS
2. Proposed Water and Sewer rates
