Commission accepfed the recommendatian af the City M�naq�r to neg�tiate an Agreen�ent with
Th� Friends further, requiring tf7at th�final Agreement Y�e suaject ta appravai by the Mayor and
City Commission; �nd
4MHEFt�AS, accardingly, the City and The Friends have negotiated the following
Agr�emant,whersf�y the City�vishes to engaye T�e FriPnds,anci The�riends hereby accept such
EngagEment, ta provide manac�ement servicss for the Facility on the terms and canditians set
farth hterein.
