ATTENTION ALL LOBBYISTS
Chapter 2, Article VII, Division 3 of the City Code of Miami Beach entitled "Lobbyists" requires the
registration of all lobbyists with the City Clerk prior to engaging in any lobbying activity with the City
Commission, any City Board or Committee, or any personnel as defined in the subject Code
sections. Copies of the City Code sections on lobbyists laws are available in the City Clerk's office.
Questions regarding the provisions of the Ordinance should be directed to the Office of the City
Attorney.

Discussion regarding delaying effective date and 1-time increase of street parking in South Beach.
I want to further discuss the implementation of this item and the communications failure that accompanied it.
Although the policy of increasing fees for non-resident street parking in South Beach is sound and should
remain, how it is implemented and how the public is educated needs to be reevaluated before effective.
Furthermore, I have been advised that there have been administrative changes to parking time maximums as
well. This matter is time-sensitive and should be addressed asap.
