The Youth Commission would like you to be aware of the following motions regarding youth
communication and on-demand freebee, approved at the September 16, 2025, committee
meeting.

The Youth Commission requests the Mayor and Commission create a mechanism to
communicate with Miami Beach youth and students to gather information on issues affecting
youth in the City of Miami Beach.
The Youth Commission urges the Mayor and Commission to support the above request.

The Youth Commission requests the Mayor and Commission consider reallocation of the on-
demand freebee vehicles to prioritize Miami Beach Sr.High School students living within two (2)
miles of Miami Beach Sr.High School who do not have access to public school bus
transportation or City trolleys for morning drop-off at 6:30 a.m ..
The Youth Commission urges the Mayor and Commission to support the above request.
