Chapter 2, Article Vll, Division 3 of the City Code of Miami Beach entitled "Lobbyists" requires the
registration of all lobbyists with the City Clerk priorto engaging in any tobbying activitywith the City
Commission, any City Board or Committee, or any personnel as defined in the subject Code
sections. Copies of the City Code sections on lobbyists laws are available in the City Clerk's office.
Questions regarding the provisions of the Ordinance should be directed to the Office of the City
Attorney.

REBECCA TOWERS SOUTH & NORTH
The Rebecca Towers South and North, located at 150 & 200 Alton
Road, provides a total of 400 elderly housing units under the
Public Housing and Section 8 New Construction programs. The
properties also house the offices of the HACMB. Recent
improvements include hurricane impact windows and doors, new
elevators, generators, roofs, and tankless water heaters.
STEVEN E. CHAYKIN APARTMENTS
The Steven E. Chaykin Apartments, located at 321 Michigan
Avenue, provides thirty-units of affordable housing for disabled
elderly persons. The project was completed in October 2072, and
received the Award of Merit for lnnovation for Sustaining Places
by the American Planning Association - Florida Chapter.
HENDERSON COURT
The Henderson Court, located at 328 Jefferson
Avenue, is a historic rehabilitation providing five-
units of affordable housing for the elderly.
Construction was completed in March 2012.
LOIS APARTMEI\ITS
The Lois Apartments, located at 211 Collins Avenue, is a 16-unit
affordable housing development built in 1925. A comprehensive
historic rehabilitation was completed in 2013, which included
installation of hurricane impact windows and doors, concrete
repairs and painting, new air conditioning units, and a new energy
efficient roof system.
LEONARD TURKEL RESIDENCES
The Leonard Turkel Residences, located at 246 Jefferson Avenue,
will provide twenty-one units of quality affordable housing for
elderly persons. Construction on the development is expected to
be completed in December 2016.

The property is a vacant four-unit
multifamily building consisting of 2,480 sq.
ft. on a 5,750 sq. ft. corner lot in the North
Beach area. The property was built in 1937
and has four 1 bd/ 1 ba units. The roof and
windows/doors were replaced with new.
The property is currently under
rehabilitation.
841 SOth Street
The property is a four-unit multifamily
building consisting of 2,936 sq. ft. on a 5,650
sq. ft. lot. The property was built in 1952
and has four 2bd/ 7ba units. The roof was
replaced in 2015. The property is currently
under rehabilitation.
1158 & 1158 Marseille Drive
The property consists of two four-unit
multifamily buildings built in 1954 with a
total of four 2 bd/}ba units and four 1bd/1
ba units. The properties are fully occupied.
