SUBJECT: Motion from the Animal Welfare Committee
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to notify you of the motion made at the Animal Welfare
Committee meeting held on September 23, 2025
Motion: Amend Sec. 58-298(h) of the City of Miami Beach Code to include demolitions/construction in the
one-way door requirement.
The Animal Welfare Committee urges the Mayor and Commission to support the above request.
