New Utility Billing System.
The purpose of this LTC is to advise the City Commission of the launch of the City's new Utility Billing System, which promises significant benefits to our residents and businesses. The enclosed flyer includes detailed instructions, in both English and Spanish, to assist our customers during the transition period.
The new utility billing system is designed to provide enhanced customer service, streamline operations, and provide residents with more convenient tools for managing their utility accounts. Key features of the new system include: •Improved Online Access: Residents can more easily view and pay monthly bills, makeoptions for paperless billing, and better manage their account inquiries and service requests.•Enhanced Customer Service: The system will allow for faster response times and improvedtimeliness and accuracy of account information.•More Flexible Payment Options: Multiple payment methods will be available, includingonline, phone, and in-person payments.•User-Friendly Interface: A modern, intuitively designed website will make it easier forresidents to navigate and access the information they need.The current utility billing system in EDEN, launched in 2007, will be upgraded and become a component module of the City's new utility billing system in MUNIS ERP.
What to Expect:
•Residents will receive notifications of change and instructions on how to access and use thenew system included in the enclosed flyer and City website.•There may be a brief transition period as we switch from the old system to the new one.•Our customer service team will be available to assist with any questions or concerns duringthe transition.

No utility bill payments will be accepted from October 1 through October 12.
The City of Miami Beach is working to upgrade your utility billing system to provide a better user experience.
Beginning Wednesday,October l,customers will not be able to make any utility bill payments until the new
system is up and running.The upgraded billing system is scheduled to go live on October 13.
Starting Monday,October 13,water customers will have to re-register and schedule auto pay prior to their due
date to avoid interruption of payments.
Please follow the instructions below to ensure your account is set up properly in the new system.
What's New
The new system will offer:
•Online service requests,e-billing and account views
by service type and meter usage.
•Access to past bills online for viewing and printing.
•Enhanced billing details for accounts with multiple
meters and services.
•Online automation for service connections and
disconnections.
•Flexible payment scheduling to better fit your needs.
Accessing the New Customer Portal
Starting Monday,October 13,visit:

•Click "Sign In or Sign Up"(center of the page or
top right corner).
•Use the same email address you currently use in the
existing portal.
•Register as an existing user.
Re-Enroll in Autopay (Available October 13)
Once logged in:
1.Click "Enroll in Auto Pay."
2.Select the account(s)you want to enroll.
3.Choose your preferred draft date.
•We recommend scheduling your payments to
process before your monthly due date in order to
avoid late fees.
4.Click "Enroll Now",select your payment method
and click FINISH.

La ciudad de Miami Beach esta actualizando su sistema de facturacion de servicios publicos para brindar una mejor
experiencia al usuario.A partir del miercoles l de octubre,usuarios no podran realizar pagos de facturas de servicios
publicos hasta que el nuevo sistema este en tuncionamiento.El lanzamiento del nuevo sistema de tacturacion esta
programado para el 13 de octubre.
A partir del lunes l3 de octubre,los clientes de agua deberan volver a registrarse y programar el pogo autom6tico antes
de su fecha de vencimiento para evitar una interrupcion de pagos.
Por favor siga las instrucciones a continuacion para asegurarse de que su cuenta este configurada
correctamente en el nuevo sistema.
Novedades Reinscripcion en AutoPay (Disponible el 13 de otubre)
El nuevo sistema ofrecera:
•Solicitudes de servicio en linea,facturacion
electr6nica y visualizaci6n de cuentas por tipo de
servicio y consumo.
•Acceso en linea a tacturas anteriores para
consultarlas e imprimirlas.
•Detalles de facturacion mejorados para cuentas con
multiples medidores y servicios.
•Automatizacion en linea para altas y bajas deservicios.
•Programacion de pagos flexible para adaptarse
mejor a sus necesidades.
Una vez iniciada la sesion:
l.Haga clic en "Enroll in AutoPay".
2.Seleccione la{s)cuenta{s)que desea inscribir.
3.Elija la fecha del mes en la que desea que se
procese el pogo.
•Se recomienda programar sus pagos antes de su
Fecha de vencimiento para evitar cargos por demora.
4.Haga clic en "Enroll Now",seleccione su metodo de
pago y haga clic en "Finish"
