Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2025-
402-DF for Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for Bass Museum of Art Expansion Project
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No . 2025-402-DF for Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for Bass Museum of Art Expansion Project (the "Project"). The RFQ seeks proposals from Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) firms with the capabilities and experience to provide preconstruction and construction phase services via a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the Project.
Proposals pursuant to this RFQ will be received on September 29, 2025 . The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ .
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Lissette Arrogante, Director, Tourism & Cultural Department
• Daniel Alzuri, Assistant Director , Facilities & Fleet Management Department
• George Lindemann, Board President, The Bass Museum of Art
• Mohsen Shaban, Senior Project Manager, Office of Capital Improvement Projects
• Thais Viera, G .O . Bond Program Director, City Manager's Office
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates :
• Silvia Cubina , Director, The Bass Museum of Art
• Francys Vallecillo , Assistant Director, Tourism & Cultural Department
