Follow-Up To LTC #431-2025 -Candidate Withdrawal Notification -Miami
Beach Commissioner Group I (November 4,2025 General Election)
This is a follow-up to my previous Letter to the Commission regarding the withdrawal
of Mr.Matthew Gultanoff as a candidate for Miami Beach Commissioner Group I in
the November 4,2025,General Election.
Attached you will find the official "NOTICE TO VOTERS,"which has been drafted by
the Office of the Supervisor of Elections in accordance with State guidelines.This
notice will be posted at each voting booth in every Miami Beach precinct,at each
privacy booth at the two Early Voting locations in Miami Beach,and included in all
vote-by-mail ballots sent from this point forward.The notice informs voters,in
English,Spanish,and Haitian Creole,that Mr.Gultanoff has withdrawn his candidacy
and that any vote cast for Mr.Gultanoff will not be counted.
The notice will also be posted on the City's election website and the Supervisor of
Elections website for public awareness.
