Granado, City Clerk 1,9<:e) DATE: October/'., 2025 SUBJECT: Parks & Recreational Facilities Advisory Board Motions The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to inform the Mayor and Commission of the motion passed by the Parks and Recreational Facilities Advisory Board at its meeting on September 25, 2025. MOTION# 1: The Parks and Recreational Facilities Advisory Board recommends prohibiting electrical and motorized vehicles on the Flamingo Park track at all times. Motion made by: Gayle Durham Motion seconded by: Joshua Lifshultz Motion passes: Unanimously (11-0) In Person: David Berger. The Board further requests that any draft RFP concerning Parks and Recreation be sent to the Board for review and input prior to being presented to the Commission for approval.
