Granado, City Clerk ,µ DATE: November 10, 2025 SUBJECT: Notice of Run-Off Election on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 Notice is hereby given that a Run-Off Election has been called by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, pursuant to City Resolution No. 2025- 33811, and will be held in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, to elect a Commissioner in Group I, who will hold office for the term provided by law. At the December 9, 2025 Run-Off Election, the following shall be submitted to the voters of the City of Miami Beach: Group I -Commissioner (Vote for 1) Monica Matteo-Salinas Monique Pardo Pope 137 138 Officials from the Miami-Dade County Office of the Supervisor of Elections shall conduct the Run-Off Election, with acceptance of the certification of the results of the Election to be performed by the Miami Beach City Commission. The official returns for each precinct shall be furnished to the City Clerk of the City of Miami Beach as soon as the ballots from all precincts have been tabulated. The voting precincts in the City for the Run-Off Election shall be as established by officials from the Office of the Supervisor of Elections of Miami-Dade County. On Election Day, all electors shall vote at the polling places and the voting precincts in which the official registration books show that the electors reside. Registration of persons desiring to vote in the Run-Off Election shall be in accordance with the general law of the State of Florida governing voter registration. Qualified persons may obtain registration forms to vote at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive, First Floor, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139, during normal business hours, and at such other voter registration centers during such times as may be provided by the Supervisor of Elections of Miami-Dade County. The Supervisor of Elections of Miami-Dade County will register voters for the Run-Off Election until November 10, 2025. All persons eligible to vote in the Election must be registered before the date set forth herein or have registered previously, as provided by law. Each person desiring to become a registered voter shall be responsible for properly filling out the registration form and returning it to the Office of the Supervisor of Elections of Miami-Dade County. 473-2025 Voters participating via a Vote-by-Mail ballot in the Run-Off Election shall be entitled to cast their ballots in accordance with the provisions of the Laws of the State of Florida with respect to such voting.The deadline to request a Vote-by-Mail ballot from the Office of the Supervisor of Elections of Miami-Dade County for the Run-Off Election is 5:00 p.m. on November 27,2025.Secure ballot intake stations (Vote-by-Mail Drop Boxes)will be available and staffed outside of the four Miami Beach Early Voting locations during Early Voting hours of operation.Drop boxes are secure and accessible by vehicle for voter convenience.A complete list of Early Voting sites,dates,and times appears later in this notice. Voters participating via Early Voting in the Run-Off Election may vote at any of the four designated Early Voting sites located in the City of Miami Beach.For the Run-Off Election,Early Voting will take place from Friday,December 5,2025,through Sunday,December 7,2025,from 7:00 a.m.to 7:00 p.m.daily,at South Shore Community Center,833 6 Street;Miami Beach City Hall (First Floor Conference Room), 1700 Convention Center Drive;Muss Park,4300 Chase Avenue;and North Shore Branch Library,7501 Collins Avenue.During all designated Early Voting hours,each location will offer a secure and staffed Vote-by-Mail Drop Box. The Run-Off Election will be conducted in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Florida Statutes and the Charter and Code of the City of Miami Beach,Florida.A copy of Resolution No.2025-33811 is available at the Office of the City Clerk and at www.votemiamibeach.com.
