This pilot Al agent provides residents, staff, and stakeholders with powerful search and research capabilities across all City Commission meetings, minutes, Finance and Economic Resiliency Committee (FERC), Public Safety and Neighborhood Quality of Life Committee (PSNQLC), and Land Use Boards and Committees. The system enables users to quickly locate information, discussions, and legislative actions dating back to 2016, improving transparency and public access to government records. The Al agent enhances resident access to information on agenda items and legislation, supports self-service capabilities, and reduces the need for public record requests focused on data that should be more easily accessible. This initiative represents another important step in the City's broader efforts to leverage technology to improve accessibility, transparency, and efficiency. The public pilot is an expansion of an internal Al agent that has been used and tested by City staff and has demonstrated substantial time savings and improved information retrieval across departments. The system will continue to evolve based on usage and feedback, with future phases planned to expand coverage to additional City records and enhance contextual understanding of legislative topics. This initiative reflects the City's ongoing focus on leveraging innovation, technology, and artificial intelligence to improve service delivery, increase operational efficiency, and enhance resident experience. The Al agent can be accessed directly at https://www.miamibeachfl.gov/ Should you have additional questions, please contact Frank Quintana at extension 26150. r.::., 1'.' c: MT/FQ
