The purpose of this Letter to the Commission ("LTC")is to provide an update regarding the motion
made during the November 20,2025 G.O.Bond Oversight Committee meeting.
2018 G.O.Bond Neighborhoods &Infrastructure Category-New Declaration of Intent to
Issue
The Committee made a motion to support the administration's recommendation to issue a new
Declaration of Intent to Issue in an amount up to $82,082,000 under the 2018 G.O.Bond
Neighborhoods &Infrastructure category.
