Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2025-396-WG for Applicant Tracking and Learning Management System
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request forQualifications (RFQ) No. 2025-396-WG. The RFQ seeks proposals from qualified software providers
for a recruitment and applicant tracking system tailored for government use, with an optional learningmanagement module aligned with the City's training goals.
The City received proposals pursuant to this RFQ on October 8, 2025. The responsive proposals will
be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
•Ricardo Castillo, Sergeant, Police Support Services, Police Department•Koren Illa, Training and Development Manager, Human Resources Department •Melody Perez, Contract Compliance Administrator, Parks and Recreation Department•Yarily Sam, Administrative Services Manager, Fire Department •Ramon Suarez, Recruitment Manager, Human Resources Department
•Linette Trigo, Building Division Manager, Building Department
•Adriel Zaldua, Chief of Technology Services, Information Technology Department
