The RFP seeks proposals from qualified firm(s) to provideManaged Print Services (MPS) to replace the existing print infrastructure with more modern, efficient,and secure multi-functional devices (MFDs) and network printers. The City received proposals pursuant to this RFP on November 24, 2025. The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFP. I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee: •Regis Barbou, Assistant City Clerk, Office of the City Clerk•Theresa Buigas, Administrative Services Manager, Procurement Department•Nattaly Cuervo, Sr. Administrative Manager, Finance Department •Isadora Gonzalez, Budget Analyst, Office of Management and Budget •Lindsey Precht, Assistant Director, Environment & Sustainability Department•Frank Quintana, Chief Information Officer, Information Technology Department I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates: •Alyssia Berthoumieux, Sustainability and Resilience Manager, Environment & Sustainability Department •Daniel Alzuri, Assistant Director, Facilities and Fleet Management Department•John Sandbrook, Chief Information Security Officer, Information Technology Department As a reminder, this solicitation is under the cone of silence.
