SUBJECT: Mayor's 41 st Street Committee Motion
The purpose of this Letter to the Commission (L TC) is to inform the Mayor and City Commission
of a motion made and approved by the Mayor's 41 st Street Committee on November 13, 2025.
Members present: Bonnie Crabtree (Chair), Michael Burnstine (Vice-Chair), Avra Bank, Betty
Behar, Rana Florida, Eric Hankin, Robin Jacobs, Michelle Lari, Charlotte Tomic, and Jeremy
Wachtel.
Motion: The Committee recommends reconnecting with Miami Beach Capital Improvement
Projects Office (CIP) to discuss increasing the width of the sidewalks through a
redesign of 41 st Street Streetscape Revitalization Project.
