Bi-Weekly North Beach Update - Code Enforcement, Property Management Activities, and Special Magistrate Case Status
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC) is to provide North Beach metrics and updates from the Code Compliance Department's (Code) enforcement initiatives. Property Management activities, and Special Magistrate dispositions. The data presented in this L TC is submitted in accordance with the requirements established in Resolution 2024-33436 adopted on December 11, 2024.
The report includes the following documentation:
•Attachment A: Detailed data table for all North Beach Code Enforcement violations1/1/2026-1/15/2026
•Attachment B: Facilities Management Division Work Orders Summary completed 1/1/2026-1/15/2026
•Attachment C: Sanitation Division Crew Schedule of Services
•Attachment D: Disposition of Active North Beach Special Magistrate cases 1/1/2024 -1/15/2026
I.Code Enforcement Violations -North Beach
The information provided in this report is l:>ased on the data obtained in EnerGov. the database utilized by Code to track all cases.
From January 1, 2026 -January 15, 2026, Code has issued a total of 88 violations in North Beach; the data below reflects the status along with the number of cases in that status and the types of violations issued. Of these. 37 violations are in violation status. awaiting reinspection by the Code officer or are in due-process. and 50 violations were closed due to compliance being achieved.
