Meeting for approval to accept this pass-through grant award.
Amendment: After execution of the Subaward Agreement on
December 11, 2025, MDSO realized the allocation of$7,395.82
contained therein was less than the funder-approved allocation of
$8,136.00.

AMENDMENT TO SUBAWARD AGREEMENT
The Miami-Dade Sheriff s Office ("MDSO"), an independent constitutional office under
the laws of the State of Florida, and the City of Miami Beach, enter into this Amendment to the
OPERATION STONEGARDEN SUBAWARD AGREEMENT MIAMI-DADE SHERIFF'S
OFFICE AND THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,Agreement Number: R0925, FAIN: EMW-
2023-SS-00058-SO1 ("Subaward AgreemenY'), executed on December 1 l, 2025.
RECITALS
WHEREAS,on December 1 l, 2025, the Parties executed the Subaward Agreement;
WHEREAS, after execution of the Subaward Agreement on December 11, 2025, MDSO
realized the allocation of$7,395.82 contained therein was less than the funder-approved allocation
of$8,136.00;
WHEREAS, as such, the Parties now desire to execute this Amendment containing the
funder-approved allocation of$8,136.00;
NOW,THEREFORE,the parties agree as follows:
l. Incornoration. All recitals set forth above are incorporated herein by reference and
constitute a material part of this Amendment.
2. Substitution. The Subaward Agreement is amended by:
SECTION III. BUDGET; AMOUNT PAYABLE
A. The maximum amount payable by MDSO to the City under this Agreement
shall not exceed$8,136.00,unless such amount is changed through a formal
amendment executed by the Parties.

B. MDSO shall reimbursc the City only for allowable costs incurred by the
MBPD during FY 2023 OPSG operations. The maximum reimbursement
amount for each authorized cost category is set forth in the matrix below:
