Miami Beach Police to Hold Memorial Service for Fallen
Sergeant David Cajuso
–Wednesday, Nov. 12 at 10 a.m. at Hard Rock Stadium. –
Miami Beach, FL — On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 10 a.m., the Miami Beach Police
Department will honor the life and service of Sergeant David Cajuso with a memorial
ceremony at Hard Rock Stadium, located at 347 Don Shula Drive, Miami Gardens, FL 33056.
A procession will precede the ceremony, departing from the Vista Memorial Gardens funeral
home at approximately 8:30 a.m., traveling to Miami Beach Police Headquarters, and continuing
to Hard Rock Stadium for the memorial service.
The Miami Beach Police Department invites members of the community to join the Cajuso
family and law enforcement agencies from across the nation in honoring Sergeant Cajuso’s
distinguished life of service.
Entry
Guests may park at Gate 11 and enter through the Southwest Entrance. Early arrival is
strongly encouraged to ensure ample time for security screening and seating prior to the start of
the ceremony. Doors open at 9 a.m.
Media Access
Media parking will be located at Gate 11 – Drive Isle 601. Each media outlet will be permitted
one reporter and one photographer. To confirm attendance, please submit the names and
contact numbers for all attending media representatives to Christopher Bess, Public Information
Officer for the Miami Beach Police Department, no later than Monday, November 10, at 5 p.m.

Full line-of-duty death honors will be given to Sergeant Cajuso at a private ceremony after the
service.
The Miami Beach Police Department extends its deepest appreciation to all those across the
country who have shared their condolences and continue to keep the Cajuso family in their
thoughts and prayers during this time of profound loss.
