This spring, Miami Beach will continue to advance a fitness and wellness approach that invites visitors to experience the City in a healthy way, while implementing measures that ensure public safety, order and a positive environment. The City will continue to make clear that disorderly crowds, unlawful behavior and violence will not be tolerated. Spring Fitness Events •The Life Time 305 Half Marathon & 5K will take place on March 1, featuring a course designed to highlight the City's waterfront and tropical scenery. •Gymreapers Wodapalooza, scheduled for March 12-15 on the sands of South Beach, is recognized as one of the world's largest fitness festivals and competitions, bringing together more than 2,000 athletes, over 100 expo brands, and an expected 40,000 fitness enthusiasts. •The 2026 ATHX Games: Miami Beach Presented by adidas will be held March 21-22, marking the event's North American debut with a special showcase edition featuring fitness racing athletes, influencers, and open community competitors along the City's shoreline. •Legendz HYROX Miami Beach will return to the Miami Beach Convention Center during the first week of April, drawing approximately 12,000 athletes and spectators for a competition that combines running with functional workout stations. High-Impact Period Designation (March 2026) The entire month of March has been designated as a high-impact period in Miami Beach, resulting in additional measures with respect to traffic, staffing and public safety. The periods between March 12-15 and March 19-22 are expected to generate the largest crowds this year. As such, more stringent measures will be implemented during these two weekends
