The data presented in this L TC is submitted in accordance with the requirements established in Resolution 2024-33436 adopted on December 11, 2024. The report includes the following documentation: •Attachment A: Detailed data table for all North Beach Code Enforcement violations1/16/2026-1/31/2026 •Attachment B: Facilities Management Division Work Orders Summary completed1/16/2026 -1/31/2026 •Attachment C: Sanitation Division Crew Schedule of Services •Attachment D: Disposition of Active North Beach Special Magistrate cases 1/1/2024 -1/31/2026 I.Code Enforcement Violations -North Beach The information provided in this report is based on the data obtained in EnerGov, the database utilized by Code to track all cases. From January 16, 2026 -January 31, 2026, Code has issued a total of 117 violations in North Beach; the data below reflects the status along with the number of cases in that status and the types of violations issued. Of these, 52 violations are in violation status, awaiting reinspection by the Code officer or are in due-process, 1 violation resulted in a written warning, and 58 violations were closed due to compliance being achieved. Specifically, "City Code" consist of violations related to conducting business on public right-of-way without a permit, business tax receipts, environmental, short-term rentals (permitted zone, platforms, or resort tax), graffiti, etc. "Zoning" violations consist of short-term rentals (prohibited zone), certificate of appropriateness requirements, boat/trailer visible from right-of-way, landscape requirements, signage, etc. Achieving compliance with our neighborhoods' standards is the principal goal for Code. II.Property Management Activities -North Beach The Facilities Management Division conducts maintenance and repairs to extend the life of major systems and building envelope, ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety of the built environment in North Beach. Since last reported, the Division has completed various work orders totaling $8,570.08 addressing maintenance of buildings, lifeguard towers, and other assets. Provided hereto as Attachment B is a summary of work orders completed January 16-31, 2026. Ill. Public Works Sanitation Division -North Beach The Public Works Sanitation Division worked diligently to ensure the cleanliness in the North Beach Neighborhood this past year by providing litter collection and pressure washing services listed below. The full Sanitation Division Crew Schedule of Services is attached, including times, days of week, and streets where services take place. •71st Street, Harding Avenue, from 6:30AM -3:00PM•Harding Avenue, from 6:00AM -2:30PM•North Beach Recreational Corridor, From 6:00AM -2:30PM•Mobile Sweeper North A, from 6:00AM -2:30PM•Mobile Sweeper North A, Swing, from 5:00AM -1 :30PM•Mobile Sweeper North B, from 5:00AM -1 :30PM•North Beach Pressure Cleaning, from 4:00AM -12:30PM•North Beach Gum Removal Pressure Cleaning, from 4:00AM-12:30PM In addition to their service routes, the Sanitation team responded to Code, PD and Egov complaints, phone calls, and interdepartmental requests by sending a crew out on an as needed basis. IV. Special Magistrate Hearings - North Beach Attachment Dis a report generated from EnerGov, which lists the Special Magistrate cases opened for properties with North Beach addresses, year to date. The report includes key details for each case, including case number, property address, balance due (if applicable), description of the violation, and the case status. The report categorizes the cases according to the following statuses: •Adjudicate: The violator has been found guilty with no fines imposed, but payment of courtcosts is pending.•Adjudicate with Fines: The violator has been found guilty with fines imposed.•Appealed: The violator appealed the case, and the case is going through the SpecialMagistrate system to achieve compliance.•Fines Imposed by Special Magistrate: Fines are accumulating due to non-compliancebeyond the compliance date.•Lien: A lien has been imposed after a 20-day notice was issued and no hearing wasrequested.
