DATE: March 11, 2026 SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2026-061-WG Financial Reporting Software
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2026-061-WG. The purpose of this RFP is to select a firm to provide a software system that can generate comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cashflow statements and financial ratios.
The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFP on March 20, 2026. The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFP.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
•Richard Ajami, Assistant Director, Office of Management & Budget•Verna Broomfield, Assistant Director, Finance Department•Darius Freemen, Senior Systems Administrator, Information Technology Department•Vyomie Greene, Deputy Director, Finance Department•Manny Marquez, Assistant Director, Finance Department
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates:
•Sara Patino, Treasury Manager, Finance Department•Jose Soto, Sen!or Systems Administrator, Information Technology Department
