Custodial Banking Services
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2026-152-WG for custodial banking services. Through this RFQ the Finance Department seeks statements of qualifications from qualified custody banks to ensure its assets are well-protected and efficiently managed.
The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFQ on March 18, 2026. The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
•Richard Ajami, Assistant Director, Office of Management and Budget•Lorena Bravo, Assistant Director, Human Resources Department•Juan Guerra, Accounting Manager, Finance Department•Manny Marquez, Assistant Director, Finance Department•Sara Patino, Treasury Manager, Finance Department
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates:
•Vyomie Greene, Deputy Director, Finance Department•Tonda Kelly, Revenue Manager, Finance Department•Tameka Otto Stewart, Director, Office of Management and Budget
