North Beach Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Committee -March 10,
2026 Motions
This Letter to Commission (L TC) provides an update on the motions passed at the March 10,
2026 meeting of the North Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (North Beach CRA)
Advisory Committee (Committee).
Motion 1:
Motion 2:
To reappoint Ronnie lssenberg as the Chair and Tom Richerson as Vice-Chair of
the Committee.

Sam Latone Romina Orozco-Encio Passed unanimously (5 -0)
The Committee recommends that the City and North Beach CRA staff explore thecost of augmenting the daily patrol and enforcement staffing of beach chair andumbrella concessionaires in the North Beach CRA area, with North Beach CRAfunds.
