Upcoming Summer 2026 Miami Beach Police Athletic League Activities -
Graduation Party & Stay Ready Program
The purpose of th is Letter to Commission (L TC) i s to inform the Mayor and City Commi ssi on about
the Miami Beach Pol ice Athletic League's (PAL) upcom ing summer acti vi ties taking place
throughout June and July 2026 i n M iam i Beach .
On June 51\ from 5:00 P.M. to 9 :00 P.M., MBPAL will host a celebra t ion for the graduating Class
of 2026 at the Art Deco Welcome Center, located at 1001 Ocean Dri ve . All high school sen i ors
involved in the various PAL programs are i nv ited. T he event will recogn ize the students' hard work,
dedica tion , and bright futures ahead . During th is special even ing, the PAL w ill also award
scholarshi ps and highl ight the impact of its community partnersh ips.

Additionally, from June 16th through July 15th, the PAL will offer the Stay Ready program,
designed to empower young girls by helping them grow, build confidence, and learn safety skills
through a series of diverse lessons. Through interactive sessions, participants will learn self-
defense, basic CPR, leadership, hygiene and self-care, and social media safety among other
relevant topics. Participants will also have an opportunity to make new friends in a supportive and
healthy environment. This free program is open to girls ages 10 to 12. Interested individuals may
register using the QR code below.

Please join the Administration, the Police Department and the Miami Beach PAL in celebrating the
h igh school graduates at the Graduation Party as well as sharing the Stay Ready events with the
