The purpose of this Letter to the Commission ("LTC")is to inform the Mayor and City Commission
of a motion made and approved by the G.O.Bond Oversight Committee on May 7,2026.
North Shore Park Baseball Fields
The Committee made a motion to implement a phased approach for the scope of work originally
planned for the North Shore Park Fields subproject:Phase 1 will focus on rehabilitating the existing
fields and proceed independently of the 72'Street Community Complex project.Phase 2 will
expand the site from two fields to four,subject to the availability of additional funding.
