Evidence spalling concrete, cracked stucco and deteriorated exterior metal staircases. Must secure surrounding area immediately. Need to submit a report signed and sealed by a licensed engineer within 10 Day(s) to evaluate the structural stability of the building, assess damages, determine the source, advise if the building is safe to be occupied for its continued use or if there are any occupancy limitations in order to remain occupied, and provide methods of repairs.
