To Whom It Ma1 Concern :
This letter serves to confirm that the Nautilus Area Homeowners Association ("NAHA") has designated
Jeannette Dorfrrian to act as its authorized representative and spokesperson before the City of Miami
Beach, including; but not limited to appearances before the City Commission, committees, boards,
departments, an~ staff regarding matters affecting the Nautilus neighborhood and the interests of the
Association.
Ms. Dorfman is authorized to communicate with City officials and agencies on behalf of the Association
concerning neig~borhood, zoning, transportation, land use, public safety, quality of life, and related
community matters.
This designation shall remain in effect until modified or revoked by the Association.
