SUBJECT: June 5, 2026 Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2026-072-ND for Healthcare Benefits Consultant Services
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2026-072-ND. The RFP seeks proposals from qualified firms for healthcare benefit consulting services and actuarial and financial reporting services to assist the Administration with the employee benefits program.
Proposals pursuant to this RFP will be received on June 8, 2026. The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFP.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
•Lorena Bravo, Assistant Director, Human Resources Department•Krystal Dobbins, Grants Management Division Director, Finance Department•Jair Espinoza, Benefits Manager, Human Resources Department, City of Miami•Clifford Friedman, Director, Human Resources Department, City of Coral Gables•Donald Ritts, Payroll Operations Manager, Human Resources Department, City of CoconutCreek
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates:
•Marc Chevalier II, Senior Risk Officer, Human Resources Department•Vyomie Greene, Deputy Finance Director, Finance Department•Lindsey Precht, Deputy Resilience Officer and Assistant Director, Environment andSustainability Department
