June 9,2026 Motions
This Letter to the Commission (L TC)provides an update on the motions passed at the June 9,
2026 meeting of the North Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (North Beach CRA)
Advisory Committee (Committee).
Members Present:
•Ronnie lssenberg,Chair
•Tom Richerson,Vice-Chair
•Sam Latone
•Romina Orozco-Encio
•Manning Salazar
•David Sexton,ex officio (non-voting)
•Laura Veitia
Motion 1:The North Beach CRA Advisory Committee recommends that the North Beach
CRA Chair and Board allocate $5,800 from the North Beach CRA arts funds for an
artistic Love is Love Festival installation,in accordance with the North Beach CRA
Redevelopment Plan Goal of Strengthening Cultural Arts

Motion 2:The North Beach CRA Advisory Committee recommends development of a
Commercial Lease Subsidy Program,similar to the Commercial Lease Subsidy
Program administered in South Beach,and allocate North Beach CRA fund.
