DATE: Eric Carpenter, City Manager (JU(.-\...,CN June 26, 2026 SUBJECT: Parking Enforcement Efforts Update #2: June 8, 2026 -June 14, 2026 The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to provide a weekly update on enforcement efforts by the Administration. This L TC is provided pursuant to Resolution No. 2026-34291 approved by the Mayor and City Commission ("City Commission") at the May 22, 2026, City Commission meeting. The Administration was directed to publish a weekly L TC sharing enforcement metrics, citations, and towing data. Citations Issued -Citation activity serves as a key indicator of enforcement efforts and compliance initiatives throughout the City. The data reflects the Administration's ongoing commitment to ensuring adherence to parking regulations and maintaining turnover and availability of parking resources for residents and visitors. Scan volume provides insight into proactive enforcement activities and operational efficiency, as officers use this technology to identify violations, monitor permit compliance, and support overall parking management efforts.
