fixtures for an associated tennis court on a single family home property at 7’-8”
from the northern side property line.

1. A variance to exceed by 8.9 % the maximum permitted lot coverage of 30% for a
single family home property in order to construct a one-story addition with a total
lot coverage of 38.9%.
Approved –Baron/Goldberg 6-0.

Convention Center Drive, 2nd Floor, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida 33139. Inquiries may be directed to

and, under such circumstances, further advertised legal notice may not be provided.
