alternative, a modification of conditions for a previously issued Conditional Use Permit to
allow the of use the building for medical offices and related uses, and to change the
name of the owner to Alton Road Development, LLC, pursuant to Section 118, Article IV.

a religious institution on the ground floor of an existing two story residential building.
