HPB File No. 7283, 900 Collins Avenue & 209 9th Street – Coral Rock, Avery Smith Home. NO DISCUSSION II. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES/OTHER 1. HISTORIC DESIGNATION HPB File No. 7276, 520 E. Dilido Drive. The applicant, Mathieu Rochette, is requesting that the Historic Preservation Board approve a request for the designation of the existing single-story home as an historic structure. WITHDRAWN BY APPLICANT 2. HPB File No. 7301, 321 Ocean Drive – 321 Ocean Drive. The applicant, 321 Ocean Drive, LLC., is requesting an After-The-Fact Certificate of Appropriateness for the total demolition of the prior 7-story Simone Hotel, and a Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction of a new 7 -story multifamily building and a new 9-story mutlfiamily building on the subject site. [The applicant is requesting a continuance to April 1 0, 2012.] CONTINUED TO APRIL 10, 2012 III. EXTENSIONS OF TIME 1. HPB File No. 7068, 4218 Collins Avenue – Temporary Parking Lot. The applicant, Atlantic View Partners, Ltd., is requesting a One (1) Year Extension of Time to obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction of a temporary parking lot, which will replace an existing parking lot. APPROVED 2. HPB File No. 7188, 1262 Collins Avenue – Surface Parking Lot 17X. The applicant, The City of Miami Beach, is requesting a One (1) Year Extension of Time to obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Certificate of Appropriateness for the complete renovation of the existing parking lot, including reconfiguration of the parking spaces, drive aisles, and landscaping. HPB File No. 7263, 1900 Collins Avenue & 1915 Liberty Avenue – Peter Miller Hotel. The applicant, Lennox Miami Corp., is requesting revisions to a previously issued Certificate of Appropriateness for the partial demolition, renovation and restoration of an existing 3 -story building and two 2-story buildings, and the total demolition of an existing 2 -story building, as well as the construction of a new 5-story structure, as part of a new hotel development. Specifically, the applicant is requesting additional demolition and modifications to the original lobby area of the Peter Miller Hotel. [Note: Previously Continued from January 10, 2012, and February 14, 2012 meetings.] CONTINUED TO APRIL 10, 2012 2. HPB File No. 7268, 1220 Ocean Drive - Tides Hotel. The applicant, CG Tides, LLC., is requesting modifications to a previously issued Certificate of Appropriateness for the partial demolition, renovation and restoration of the existing hotel, including the construction of a series of canopies on the hotel’s front terrace, the construction of a new stairwell between the lobby and pool deck, and the construction of a new canopy at the pool deck level. Specifically the applicant is requesting design modifications to the hotel’s lobby. APPROVED V. REQUESTS FOR CERTIFICATES OF APPROPRIATENESS 1. Previously Continued applications from February 14, 2012. a. HPB File No. 7281, 983 Washington Avenue. The applicant, The Club Investment Group, LLC., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the partial demolition and renovation of an existing 2 -story building, including extensive design modifications to the exterior facades.
