HPB File No. 7305, 1650 Meridian Avenue. The applicant, South Beach Tristar Capital, LLC., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the substantial demolition of an existing 2-story building and the construction of a new 2 -story commercial building. [The applicant has withdrawn this application.] WITHDRAWN BY APPLICANT 2. HPB File No. 7263, 1900 Collins Avenue & 1915 Liberty Avenue – Peter Miller Hotel. The applicant, Lennox Miami Corp., is requesting revisions to a previously issued Certificate of Appropriateness for the partial demolition, renovation and restoration of an existing 3 -story building and two 2-story buildings, and the total demolition of an existing 2 -story building, as well as the construction of a new 5-story structure, as part of a new hotel development. Specifically, the applicant is requesting additional demolition and modifications to the original lobby area of the Peter Miller Hotel. [Note: Previously Continued from January 10, 2012, February 14, 2012, and March 13, 2012 meetings.] CONTINUED TO June 12, 2012 II. REQUESTS FOR CERTIFICATES OF APPROPRIATENESS 1. Previously Continued applications from February 14, 2012. a. HPB File No. 7297, 928 Jefferson Avenue. The applicant, First on Jefferson, LLC, is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the partial demolition, renovation and restoration of an existing 2 -story building, as well as the construction of a new 3 -story multifamily building with a roof top deck at the rear of the property. APPROVED b. HPB File No. 7298, 1155 Collins Avenue – Surfstyle. The applicant, E.D.Y., Inc., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction of a new 3 -story commercial building with accessory parking, including parking at the roof deck, on a site that currently contains a parking lot. Previously continued applications from March 13, 2012 a. HPB File No. 7301, 321 Ocean Drive – 321 Ocean Drive. The applicant, 321 Ocean Drive, LLC., is requesting an After-The-Fact Certificate of Appropriateness for the total demolition of the prior 3-story Simone Hotel, and a Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction of a new 7 -story multifamily building and a new 9-story mutlfiamily building on the subject site. APPROVED with the exception of the Lobby which was CONTINUED to June 12, 2012 b. HPB File No. 7281, 983 Washington Avenue. The applicant, The Club Investment Group, LLC., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the partial demolition and renovation of an existing 2 -story building, including extensive design modifications to the exterior facades. [Note: Previously Continued from December 13, 2011, February 14, 2012, and March 13, 2012 meetings.] APPROVED with the exception of the open terrace which was CONTINUED to May 8, 2012 3. New Applications a. HPB File No. 7300, 1438 Collins Avenue. The applicant, Chris Graham, is requesting an After-The-Fact Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of an artistic supergraphic along the alley façade of an existing single story building. CONTINUED to June 12, 2012 b. HPB File No. 7303, 1220 Ocean Drive & 1201-1225 Collins Avenue – Tides Hotel. The applicant, CG Tides, LLC. is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the partial demolition of the existing Tides Hotel at the pool deck level, and the construction of a new elevated pedestrian bridge spanning the alley, Ocean Court, and connecting to a previously approved project located at 1201 -1225 Collins Avenue. APPROVED c. HPB File No. 7307, 2301-2377 Collins Avenue – the Perry South Beach. The applicant, 2377 Collins Resort., L.P., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the partial demolition, renovation, and restoration of the existing 16-story building, including the replacement of windows and doors. APPROVED d. HPB File No. 7308, 1825 Collins Avenue – B South Beach a.k.a. Continental Hotel. The applicant, InSite Miami Beach, LLC., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the partial demolition, renovation and restoration of the existing 7 -story hotel, including the construction of a new porte-cochere, the installation of balconies, and the construction of a new single story cabana structure at the rear of the property. The applicant, Como Traymore LLC., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the partial demolition, renovation and restoration of an existing 8-story building, including the installation of balconies. APPROVED f. HPB File No. 7304, 2216 Park Avenue – Park Avenue Hotel. The applicant, Encotel, LLC., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the partial demolition, renovation and restoration of the existing 2 - story hotel, including the construction of a new roof-top addition and a new 2-story addition. APPROVED g. HPB File No. 7306, 2912 Collins Avenue – The Seville Beach Hotel. The applicant, Seville Acquisition, LLC, is requesting a Certificate of appropriateness for the construction of a new parking lot. APPROVED h. HPB File No. 7309, 551 Lincoln Road - Lincoln Theater. The applicant, SRA / Lincoln Theater, LLC., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the demolition of an existing decorative ceiling and its reconstruction at a higher elevation.
