I. REQUESTS FOR WITHDRAWLS
1. HPB File No. 7216, 1435 Collins Avenue – Henrosa Hotel. The applicant,
Henrosa Hotel, LLC., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the partial
demolition, renovation and restoration of an existing 3-story hotel, including
modifications to the ground floor window openings, expansion of the front
terrace, and construction of a new trash room at the rear of the property.
BOARD CONFIRMS WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE
II. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES
1. HPB File No. 7214, 530 Lincoln Road. The applicant, Lincoln 530, LLC., is
requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the partial demolition, renovation
and restoration of an existing 2-story mixed-use building, including raising the
height of the existing roof, and the construction of a new atrium structure with
operable skylight over the existing courtyard, as part of the conversion of the
entire structure to commercial uses. [The applicant is requesting a
continuance to January 11, 2011.]

III. REQUESTS FOR CERTIFICATES OF APPROPRIATENESS
1. Previously Continued
a. HPB File No. 7198, 4833 Collins Avenue – Miami Beach Resort and
Spa. The applicant, Miami Beach Owner, LLC., is requesting a Certificate
of Appropriateness for the partial demolition, renovation and restoration
of the existing 19-story hotel, including the demolition of the existing 2-
story cabana buildings, and the construction of four (4) new 2-story
structures with additional guest rooms and cabanas.

2. New Projects
a. HPB File No. 7218, 100 37th Street – Ocean Grande. The applicant,
Morobito Properties, LLC, is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness
for the demolition of the existing 7-story hotel, and the construction of a
new 12-story multifamily building.

b. HPB File No. 7210, 1020 Ocean Drive – Clevelander Hotel. The
applicant, 2K South Beach Hotel, LLC., is requesting a Certificate of
Appropriateness for the partial covering of the existing pool.
APPROVED
c. HPB File No. 7212, 1155 Collins Avenue – Surfstyle. The applicant,
E.D.Y., inc., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the
construction of a new 3-story commercial building on a site that currently
contains a parking lot.
APPROVED
d. HPB File No. 7211, 1616-1638 Collins Avenue & 200-216 Lincoln Road –
Former Whelan’s Drugstore / Terminal Air Transport Building. The
applicant, Lincoln Corner, LLC, is requesting a Certificate of
Appropriateness for the partial demolition, renovation and restoration of
the existing 2-story commercial structures, including the construction of a
new 2-story retail addition.

e. HPB File No. 7213, 320 West 24th Street – Ray Breslin Plaza Cafe. The
applicant, Museum Walk Apts. LLC., is requesting a Certificate of
Appropriateness for the construction of a new 2-story structure containing
a restaurant and apartment unit, on a site containing six (6) existing 2-
story buildings.

f. HPB File No. 7209, 2228 Park Avenue – The Park Avenue Club. The
applicant, 2228 Park Avenue, LLC., is requesting a Certificate of
Appropriateness for modifications to an existing 5-story duplex, as part of
a proposed change of use into a private night-club and restaurant,
including the construction of new elevator shafts and exterior stairs.

g. HPB File No. 7215, 830 5th Street – Bank Renovations. The applicant,
5th and Jeff, LLC. Is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the
partial demolition, renovation and restoration of the existing single story
building, including modifications to the existing exterior facades and
construction of a new drive-thru facility at the rear of the property.

h. HPB File No. 7217, 232 30th Street – The Palms Hotel Parking Lot. The
applicant, The Palms South Beach, Inc. is requesting a Certificate of
Appropriateness for the construction of a new valet parking lot on a
vacant site.

1. HPB File No. 7205, 1677 Collins Avenue – National Hotel. The applicant, New
National, LLC., is requesting a Preliminary Evaluation for design modifications to
the hotel’s existing historic interiors.
