II. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES
1. HPB File No. 7205, 1677 Collins Avenue – National Hotel. The applicant, New
National, LLC., is requesting a Preliminary Evaluation for design modifications to
the hotel’s existing historic interiors.

III. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. HPB File No. 6344, 1677 Collins Avenue – National Hotel. The applicant, New
National, LLC, is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Full
Building Permit for a previously issued Certificate of Appropriateness for the
partial demolition and renovation of the existing hotel, including substantial
demolition and alterations to the lobby and mezzanine levels.

IV. SINGLE FAMILY HOMES
1. HPB File No. 7203, 7801 Collins Avenue – Single Family Home. The applicant,
Altos Del Mar, Ltd., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the total
demolition of the existing single story home and the construction of a new 2-story
single family home.

V. REQUESTS FOR CERTIFICATES OF APPROPRIATENESS
1. New Projects
a. HPB File No. 7202, 530 Lincoln Road. The applicant, Lincoln 530, LLC.,
is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the partial demolition,
renovation and restoration of the existing 2-story structure, including
modifications to the existing ground floor breezeway as part of its
conversion into a retail space.

b. HPB File No. 7204, 1908 Collins Avenue – Baoli. The applicant, Baoli
Miami, LLC., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the partial
demolition, renovation and restoration of the existing 2-story building, and
the construction of a new 4-story building, including an operable glass
roof structure, as part of a new restaurant with entertainment.

c. HPB File No. 7206, 1200 Meridian Avenue – Flamingo Park Master
Plan. The applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting a Certificate
of Appropriateness for a Master Plan concept for the Park.

d. HPB File No. 7207, 1200 Meridian Avenue – Flamingo Park Skate
Park. The applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting a Certificate
of Appropriateness for the demolition of the existing Robert C. Haas
Handball Courts, and demolition of the single story facility known as
‘Friendship Corner’, and the construction of a new skate park facility and
associated landscaping, hardscape, and lighting within Flamingo Park.
DEMOLITION RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL; CONCEPT PLAN APPROVED;
LANDSCAPE PORTION OF APPLICATION CONTINUED TO JANUARY 11, 2011
VI. REQUESTS FOR PRELIMINARY EVALUATIONS
1. HPB File No. 7208, 100 37th Street – Ocean Grande Hotel. The applicant,
Morabito Properties, LLC., is requesting a Preliminary Evaluation for the total
demolition of the existing 7-story building, and the construction of a new 12-story
multifamily building.
